Happy Monday,

Here is your weekly dose of clarity to kick off the week.

One: The Arora Media Update

AroraAI has been implemented into our internal / external workflows. Some more on that in the following weeks ( whats working and whats not )

Building out in depth systems for a dominated SaaS company in the construction space. Qualifying and Nurturing CEOs / Decision makers for their product.

We just helped a jewelry client restructure their Meta Spend.

By shifting just 15% of the budget from "Interest Targeting" to "Broad/Creative Testing," we saw a 40% drop in CPA within 7 days.

Some things to keep in mind:

  • The algorithm is smarter than your interests.

  • Trust the creative.

Two: Questions to Ponder

Some things we asked our clients this week that got us thinking.

  1. If you had to double your prices tomorrow, what would you have to change about your customer experience to justify it?

  2. Are you building a business that serves your life, or a life that serves your business? ( this applies to everyone no matter the job )

Three: Insights from the Trenches ( Stop overcomplicating everything. Your human, and your audience is too )

  1. Naval’s Law: "Specific knowledge is found by pursuing your innate curiosity." If you're bored with your marketing, your customers are too.

  2. The 30-Second Rule: If a customer can't understand exactly what you sell within 3 seconds of landing on your page, you don't have a traffic problem. You have a clarity problem.

  3. The Power of "No": The fastest way to grow is to say no to the "pretty good" opportunities so you have space for the "great" ones.

"The 'pretty good' opportunities are the ones keeping you stuck at your current revenue.

The 'great' ones require a system that doesn't rely on your manual effort or outdated ad hacks.

We build those systems.

Big love,

Parth
