Another week, another AM Perspective. Let's get straight into it.
A few quick updates from Arora Media®
How we’re automating the "Human" touch:
We’ve been deep in the weeds building out Lead Nurturing Systems that actually close deals, and the secret sauce is how we’re leveraging automation systems. Most people think automation is just "sending an email," but we’re using it to bridge the gap between a click and a contract.
Instant Speed-to-Lead: The second a lead hits a Perspective Funnel, Zapier triggers an immediate SMS or email response. If you wait 10 minutes, you’ve already lost them.
Client Research: Each lead is research through extensive prompts to give the team sufficient information on the client and their company well before they ever meet them.
Auto Verify: Auto verifies authenticity of leads and checks in automatically
The "Vetting" Filter: We don’t treat every lead the same. If someone identifies as an exec at a $40M+ ARR company, Zapier triggers a "Priority Alert" in Slack so our clients can hop on it instantly.
The Follow-Up Loop: If a lead doesn't book a call, the system automatically triggers a multi-channel sequence that follow-ups across SMS and Email... keeping the "Mega Mean Mouse" top of mind until they take action.
Zero-Manual Ops: Once that call is booked, the system handles the boring stuff, creating Drive folders, syncing CRM tags, and updating our data dashboards.
This is what AI will change. Productivity. Do it or get left behind.
We’re removing the friction so you can focus on the strategy.
If your current lead flow feels like you cant hold a single lead this is usually why.
Alright for todays perspective I want to dive into the idea / strategy behind content thats been working.
Just recently it really hit me how much the "content game" has shifted while most founders are still playing by the 2022 rulebook.
If I’m being honest, I see so many of you shouting into a void.
You’re posting to meet a quota, you're "staying consistent" with generic tips, and you’re wondering why the phone isn't ringing.
The reality? You’re probably invisible.
Think about it. If your ideal customer has a problem, they aren't just scrolling Google anymore.
They’re asking ChatGPT. They’re asking Perplexity. They’re going to Reddit to find a "real" person's opinion.
If your content isn't living in the places where these "Ask Engines" (AEO) pull their data..YouTube, Reddit, Wikipedia...
you literally do not exist to the machines that are now making the recommendations for you.
You're talking to the wrong room, man.
And we need to stop talking about "funnels" like they’re these clean, linear paths.
They aren't. People are chaotic. They see a clip on Reels, they search you on YouTube, they read a comment on Reddit, and then they might hit your site.
You need to stop obsessing over the "top of the funnel" and start mapping out specific messages.
Every single piece of content you put out has to stand on its own as a unique perspective. If it doesn't offer a real insight, don't post it.
One thing I've been telling our clients:
stop trying to sell a "better mousetrap."
Nobody cares that you're 10% faster or 5% cheaper. That’s a race to the bottom. Instead, you need to sell your solution.
You have to agitate the actual problem.
Make the customer realize that their current situation is actually a nightmare they can't ignore anymore.
Once they're scared of the mouse, they’ll beg you for the trap.
Also, be honest with yourself...
can you describe what you do in one sentence without sounding like a complete robot?
If you can’t, you have a clarity problem, not a traffic problem.
"I help businesses grow" is actually quit terrible and yet I see so much of it.
"I build high-intent lead systems for SaaS founders over $40M ARR" is a business not just an offer.
Clarity is the only way to win in a world where attention is the scarcest resource we have.
And for the love of God, stop posting every day if it's garbage.
The algorithm doesn't reward "volume" anymore, it rewards "giving a damn".
I’d much rather see you post one heavy-hitting, perspective-shifting video a week than seven days of AI-generated fluff that nobody interacts with.
People stay loyal to brands that make them feel understood, not brands that just fill up their feed.
The goal isn't to be everywhere.
The goal is to be the only logical choice when your customer finally decides they've had enough of the "mouse."
If you’re ready to stop shouting into the void and actually want to build a content and acquisition machine that makes you the authority in your space...
Let’s look at your positioning, find your solution, transition you from an offer to a business, and start scaling for real.
Till next time,
